1982 Uni-President Enterprises Corp. aquired 100% ownership.
 
1986 GS Battery Co., Ltd. acquired 50 % ownership.
 
1996 GS Battery Co., Ltd. acquired 80 % ownership.
 
2004 GS Yuasa Corporation. Established. 
(GS Battery Co., Ltd. merged with Yuasa Battery.)
 
2010 GS Yuasa Corporation. acquired 100% ownership.
 
2011 Changed company name to GS Battery Taiwan Co., Ltd.
